Purchased goods/products can be exchanged within 7 days after the parcel has been received.
Customers are only allowed to exchange to other sizes, but it must be with the same design and colour. However, customers may choose other colours within the same design if the colour initially purchased is out of stock.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange refund. Norfastore will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their new item within 7 working days after the confirmation.
Shipping cost are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reach our office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our warehouse.
Please be informed that we only accept cash or transfer by online banking for postage fee.
Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.
Norfastore reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where
(i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or
(ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
Norfastore reserves the right for final decision.
